The objective was to create a cohesive visual campaign for emerging Canadian country artist Riley Taylor's 10-city tour across Maritime Canada and Ontario, while securing sponsorship partnerships to support the tour budget.

The campaign needed to work across multiple formats: print posters for venue promotion, digital assets for social media, and a professional pitch deck to present to potential sponsors.

Process

Design & Strategy: Created a flexible design system with Riley Taylor's signature as the central brand element, allowing for city-specific color variations while maintaining visual consistency across all 10 markets.

Sponsorship Materials: Developed a comprehensive pitch deck showcasing tour metrics, audience demographics, and partnership opportunities. The deck successfully secured Misty City Music Festival as the presenting sponsor.

Multi-Format Execution: Designed tour posters optimized for both print (venue display) and digital (social media ads), with exports in 1:1 and 9:16 formats for Instagram feed and Stories.

Content Coordination: Created social media content calendar and brand guidelines for the label's roster of 6+ artists to ensure consistent promotional messaging throughout the tour.

Outcome

Successfully launched tour campaign across 10 Canadian venues with secured presenting sponsorship from Misty City Music Festival. Created scalable design system that maintained brand consistency while allowing regional customization. Delivered complete asset package including print-ready posters, sponsorship materials, and social media content.
